What do we have?
6 comfortable apartments for 2–3 and 2–4 guests. Rooms for 2–3 guests have two single beds and a folding futon; the beds can be joined on request. Rooms for 2–4 guests have a double bed and a double sofa bed.
On the property there is a hot tub, a barbecue area with everything you need for cooking over an open fire, and parking under 24-hour video surveillance. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Mayak Yablunytsia is located in the village of Yablunytsia, 5.2 km from the village centre and 2.2 km from the Lviv – Rakhiv – Mukachevo highway, 7 km from the Bukovel ski resort, 33 km from Yaremche and 19 km from Vorokhta.
Getting here:
By train: Lviv – Rakhiv or Ivano-Frankivsk – Rakhiv to the village of Tatariv.
By car: drive to Ivano-Frankivsk, then take the highway towards Rakhiv via Yaremche — Mykulychyn — Tatariv, and head towards the Yablunytsia Pass following the signs for “Polonyna Pertsi”.

Mayak Chalet Resort is a complex of cozy spruce log cottages in Mykulychyn, the longest village in Ukraine. It is just 15 km to Yaremche and 27 km to Bukovel. Thanks to the convenient location, the cottages are easy to reach even by an ordinary car.
We offer two types of cottages: cottages with a private sauna for 2–5 people and large cottages for 6–8 people. Each cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay: cozy beds and a private kitchen with all the necessary cookware.
Next to the cottages there are private gazebos and grills for cooking in the fresh air. You can leave your car in a parking area under 24-hour video surveillance. We invite you for a cozy retreat!

Cottages
The complex has three cottages: two for 6–8 guests and one for 2–5 guests with its own sauna. Each cottage is warm and cozy and has everything you need for a holiday: comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and cookware, and a bathroom. In the cold season you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace.
Each cottage has its own gazebo and grill, so you can relax with friends and family without being disturbed by other guests.
What do we have?
Guests can use the grills and gazebos, and we provide everything needed for cooking outdoors. Free Wi-Fi is available in the cottages and around the property, and you can park your car in a monitored parking area.
The cottage for 2–5 people has a kitchenette, a bathroom and a sauna on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a separate bedroom with a double bed and a folding armchair, plus a walk-through room with a double sofa bed.
The cottages for 6–8 people have 2 separate bedrooms, each with a double and a single bed, an extra sofa bed in a niche, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms — on the ground and first floors.

❤️ To make your stay at Mayak Apart Hotel as comfortable as possible, please follow these rules:
- Check-in from 15:00. Check-out until 12:00.
- The hot tub is available from 10:00 to 22:00.
- Children under 7 stay free of charge without a separate bed.
- Please keep quiet on the hotel grounds and in your room from 22:00 to 9:00.
- Smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited.
If the house rules are not followed, the administration reserves the right to evict guests without a refund. Thank you for your understanding!
